Sprites are magical beings that appear in multiple Barbie films.

Barbie: Princess Charm School

In Charm School, the sprites act as magical assistants for students. They seem to take on some aspect of their character. Grace is the best known of the sprites and is the assistant to Blair Willows. Also present are Caprice, Harmony, Wickellia, and Portia's unnamed fairy.

Barbie: Star Light Adventure

Two sprites are seen inhabiting the royal palace on Opa-Irri. They are unnamed and act as helpers. They are seen relaying information to Barbie, and helping her with tasks later on.

Barbie: Mariposa & the Fairy Princess

Shimmer Sprites are creatures in Barbie: Mariposa & the Fairy Princess. They are seen in Shimmervale and they have the ability to make outfits sparkle. The sprites seen each ride a small pegasus that is summoned by a whistle.

Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale

Known in the film as Flairies, these sprites are small magical beings without wings. They have the power to make fashions glimmer, shimmer and shine. The three known Flairies are called Shimmer, Glimmer and Shyne.
